How fast do you respond?
Within 24 hours during business days (Mon–Sat, 09:00–19:00 CST). WhatsApp messages are checked outside hours, but full quotations wait for business hours.
Do I need to know exactly which model I want?
No. Tell us your destination port, vehicle class and budget — we shortlist 3–5 matching models and let you pick.
What is included in the quotation you send back?
Vehicle price, configuration options (canopy, colour, logo, dump bed), packing format (CBU/SKD/CKD), export documents and the applicable certification path for your market. Destination handling and import duty are buyer-side.
Can I see the vehicle or factory before paying?
Yes. For large orders we arrange a video walkaround of the workshop or finished units, and third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) is welcome before balance payment.
Do you accept payments other than USD?
USD via TT or LC is standard. We can also quote in CNY or EUR; payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
