Pre-Shipment Inspection: What We Check Before Your Container Seals

Every professional buyer asks the same question eventually: how do I know the vehicles inside the container match what I paid for? The answer is a documented pre-shipment inspection process you can verify remotely.

The inspection sequence

1. Component verification — engine number, frame number and configured parts checked against your confirmed specification sheet, unit by unit.
2. Static checks — weld points, paint finish, brake lines, cable routing and lighting circuits inspected on every vehicle, not sampled.
3. Dynamic test — each unit is started, driven through gear changes, and brake-tested before packing.
4. Packing supervision — units are photographed loaded into the container, with anti-rust spraying, fixed strapping and desiccant placed as standard.

Evidence you receive

Before the container seals, we send you a photo set: each unit’s engine and frame numbers, the completed inspection checklist, and loading photos showing quantity and condition. Video walk-throughs are available on request for orders above sample size.

Third-party option

For added assurance you may appoint an independent inspection agency (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV or a locally hired inspector) to visit the line before shipment. We cooperate fully with third-party inspections at no extra coordination cost — just tell us the agency and date window when confirming the order.
